- ONLINE meetings are managed via online video calls within this website
- Meetings can be booked from 6th May onwards
- Meetings can be scheduled based on the information provided in the "My Availability" section of your profile where you can indicate your availability for meetings
- You can’t send meeting requests?
Please check if you have activated your availability for bilateral meetings. Go to your profile and click "My Availability" to check your attendance.
- Meeting requests must be accepted to be scheduled. Meeting requests will automatically expire after 7 days if they are not accepted or rejected. Expired meeting requests will get automatically cancelled.
